Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Do & Co, industry, and regulatory food safety and product integrity standards.
- Lead and manage facility audits, inspections, and consultations to ensure operational compliance.
- Ensure all food safety documentation, logs, and regulatory paperwork are accurate and current.
- Monitor integrated food safety and quality programs across all products manufactured, distributed, or sold.
- Conduct supplier assessments and audits to maintain quality and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with department managers to implement new products and practices effectively.
- Investigate customer and internal complaints, ensuring corrective actions are documented and resolved.
- Oversee sanitation standards, including pest control, chemical usage, and readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Lead hygiene training programs, including new hire orientation, retraining, and ongoing staff development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Hygiene, Quality Assurance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing site.
- Deep knowledge in HACCP, ISO, SQF, and food safety systems.
- Food Safety Certification, state-specific if applicable.
- HACCP Certified.
- PCQI – (Preventative Control Qualified Individual).
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Ability to manage a substantial workload.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility (different shifts—night, weekends, holidays).

Pay
Competitive pay: $110,000–$135,000 yearly.
