Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of Food and Beverage outlets to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Aramark company standards.
- Implement, and update food safety policies and procedures.
- Provide training to employees on food safety practices, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve food safety incidents or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze data related to food safety metrics and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans.
- Participate in the development of product specifications to ensure food safety considerations are addressed.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize food safety risks.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Servsafe Manager Certified
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety.
Additional Skills
- Understanding of HACCP principles and their application.
- Knowledge of foodborne pathogens, allergens, and contaminants.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis.
Compensation and Benefits
The Salaried rate for this position is $70,304.00 to $80,000.00.
