Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate food safety risks across operations
- Support audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a key resource for compliance, regulatory interpretation, and risk management within the FSQA function
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to proactively identify potential risks
- Ensure consistent execution of food safety programs in alignment with HACCP, SQF, USDA, and FDA requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, USDA, and FDA regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
