Founded nearly two decades ago and based in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania, we are a leading producer of natural, certified organic, and antibiotic-free poultry serving retail, foodservice, and home-delivery markets. We are committed to producing high-quality poultry through responsible farming practices, strong food-safety programs, and transparent standards. Our chickens are raised on family farms, fed a vegetarian diet, and never given antibiotics, added hormones, or steroids. As FSQA Supervisor, you will lead a team of 8–10 FSQA technicians, overseeing USDA compliance, food‑safety programs, laboratory testing, and audit readiness at a USDA‑inspected poultry facility.
