The Mar | Muntanya Restaurant celebrates authentic Spanish cuisine and culture, drawing inspiration from the mountainous terrain of northern Spain and the natural surroundings of Salt Lake City. This outlet is open for lunch and dinner. As a Food Runner you will assist the Food Server in delivering guest meals, work in a fast‑paced environment with continual customer contact, and represent the Hyatt Regency brand by providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in serving guests promptly and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure smooth service.
• Lift, pull, and push moderate weight items as needed during service.
• Maintain a fast‑paced workflow while delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Support overall restaurant operations and uphold Hyatt’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Must possess or be able to obtain DABS certification.
• Must maintain a current Food Handler permit in accordance with local regulations.
