Food Runner, Stubborn Seed

Primary Job Duties

• Delivers and describes all food items to guests, in a timely manner.
• Performs table maintenance and bussing of excess tableware.
• Maintain general cleanliness of all venue areas throughout service.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all food menus, beverage menu and venue seating.
• Complies with Southern Nevada Health Department Standards.
• Properly sets-up runner's station, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
• Able to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Able to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
• Able to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions.

Minimum Education And Experience

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year pool resort experience.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Work in extreme weather conditions.
• Tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.
• Prolonged sitting/standing.
• Bending and reaching.
• Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eye/hand coordination.
• Able to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
