About the role

The Ciola family has been serving authentic Italian‑American food since 1949. At Tony C’s Beer Garden, third‑generation restaurateur Tony Ciola features family recipes and New York‑style pizza made in Austin’s original coal‑fired ovens. As a food runner you will blend hospitality and operations: delivering orders to guests, keeping the front area neat, clean, and orderly, and ensuring order accuracy and high standards so guests keep returning. This fast‑paced environment requires the ability to handle stress, multitask, manage time, demonstrate hospitality, and uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure the front area is neat, clean, and orderly.
• Maintain product accuracy and the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Demonstrate teamwork by helping others and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Food Handler certification.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to handle stress, multitask, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay
