About the role

Live Nation’s Concerts Division is where tours are born, artists come to life, and fans get to experience the rush of live music. This role supports high-volume food service operations in a fast-paced, live-event environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance duties according to Company service standards
• Perform Opening, Running, and Closing duties according to Company Service Standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
• Keep floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout shift
• Clean all spills immediately; use floor signs to caution guests and staff
• Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
• Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
• Stay current on all standard operating procedures
• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
• Assist other employees as needed
• Follow all safety standards
• Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Food Service experience as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sense of urgency and strong time management
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Point of Sales experience

Physical Demands

• Work environment is fast-paced, loud, and often stressful
• Extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques

Pay

The expected compensation for this position is $16.50 USD hourly. Pay is based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
