Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities such as food allergies.
• Help set the standards for the restaurant's service quality through personal appearance, disposition, and attitude.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate them to service staff.
• Take care of problems independently when necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude and remain friendly even during busy periods.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high-end fast-paced environment
• Food handling certificate (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
• Patient and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Teamwork is essential; work collaboratively with other runners, servers, hosts, and managers.
