• Clear and reset used tables promptly
• Remove dirty stock from the dish area
• Breakdown trays as needed

Stock and Maintain Service Stations

• Take soiled linen to designated area or Housekeeping Department for laundering
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies before, during, and after each shift

Coffee-to-Go Station

• Stock and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby
• Keep the station replenished as needed

Cleanliness and Organization

• Keep the area picked up and clear

Assistance to Servers

• Assist servers in pre-bussing tables
• Assist servers in delivering food orders

General Cleaning and Maintenance

• Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant
