Food Runner, Beer Garden
About the role
The Food & Beverage team understands the importance of great, mindful people to execute an exquisite affair for our guests. The Busser/Runner plays a crucial role in supporting the team and ensuring the perfect guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the F&B team
- Ensure the execution of the perfect guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Beer Garden area
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables and chairs
- Passive serving of food and beverages as directed
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
- Team player with a willingness to work flexible hours
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operation needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
