About the role
The Food and Beverage Runner supports daily F&B operations by delivering product across venue locations, maintaining accurate inventory transfers, and keeping workstations stocked, clean, and event-ready. This role works closely with bar cashiers, cooks, and bartenders to ensure service areas are fully supplied before and during events, while upholding PSQ's standards for food safety, sanitation, and guest service. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced live events environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products as requested by staff and supervisors
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of Food and Beverage workstations
- Assist bar cashiers, cooks, and bartenders with restocking stations
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhere to PSQ safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
- Organize and maintain Mobile Kitchen, Dry storage, and Reefers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor and as business dictates
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food Handlers Card (FHC) required
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays for events
Physical/Mental Requirements and Working Environment
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and maintain continuous movement behind the register as required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., including cases of product, kegs, and stocked carts
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and squatting while restocking and organizing stations
- Ability to move quickly and safely through crowded event spaces, tight storage areas, and varied floor surfaces
- Manual dexterity to handle product and operate carts and hand trucks
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including walk-in coolers, outdoor areas, and hot kitchen environments
- Ability to work in loud, high-energy event settings with exposure to crowds, music, and flashing lights

Pay
$17.00–$17.50 per hour
