About the role

Tavern Hall is a large, beautifully designed restaurant in downtown Bellevue serving an eclectic beer list, craft cocktails, and shareable food like burgers, brick-oven pretzels, and flatbreads. The space features comfortable seating, four shuffleboard tables, and 30 flat-screen TVs, making it a popular hangout for casual meetups and corporate events in three private dining rooms. We’re looking for outgoing, hospitality-obsessed team members who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional support to guests and team members
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve operational challenges and ensure smooth service
• Support others in delivering high-quality service during busy shifts and private events
• Uphold high standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail

Pay

• Base wage: $17.13/hour (current minimum)
• Participation in tip pool
• Estimated total hourly compensation (base + tip pool): typically $27–$29+ per hour based on historical earnings; actual earnings vary with shift volume, business levels, and individual performance

• Consistent weekly schedules set in advance and adjusted only with advance notice
