Responsibilities

• Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess.
• Provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers.
• Sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required.
• Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner.
• Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Strong customer service/communication skills; must be fluent in English.
• Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.

Pay

Food Runner position: $7.50 per hour plus tips. Starting salary up to $18.00 per hour (based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience).
