Food Runner

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner to join our team at Graduate by Hilton East Lansing! Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need
• Assists with bussing tables
• Ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them
• Be a spokesperson for the Community and be able to know local spots to recommend
• Complete side work duties
• Dish duties as assigned
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role
