Food Quality Inspector - 10 Hour Shift | 4-day work week!

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality
• Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps
• Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems
• Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing
• Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections
• Train production staff on quality standards and documentation

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• 6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards (plus)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• HACCP certification (or willingness to obtain)
