- Prep fresh ingredients including fruits, vegetables, meats, doughs, and marinades
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
- Support chefs by preparing items ahead of busy service times
- Assist with food preparation and dishes as needed
- Work with the team to anticipate demand and stay organized
- Help reduce waste and keep operations efficient
