We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes mission etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Key Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Additional Expectations"? But we should combine similar. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have content: description (mission, overview). Then "We Offer" list of benefits: Competitive pay, 35-hour workweek, Generous vacation and sick pay, 14 paid holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Flex Spending Plans, Employer-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching, A supportive and uplifting working environment. That's benefits and schedule (35-hour workweek). Pay: "Competitive pay". So we can have Benefits section with list, and maybe Pay and Schedule separate? But we should avoid thin sections. Could combine Pay, Benefits, Schedule into one "Compensation & Benefits" section? But instruction says use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can decide to include only those sections that have real content. We have content for Pay (Competitive pay), Schedule (35-hour workweek), Benefits (list). Could make three sections but they'd be thin. Better to combine into a "Compensation and Benefits" section? But not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not strict requirement to only use those; we can use those headings. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Pay, Schedule, Benefits into one "Compensation & Benefits" section, but that heading is not in the list. However we could still use "Compensation and Benefits" as heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to use those exact headings when we have content. But we can avoid thin sections by merging Pay and Schedule into Benefits? Not ideal. We could have sections: About the role (intro/mission), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Benefits (list). Pay and Schedule could be included within Benefits as bullet points: "Competitive pay", "35-hour workweek". That would satisfy having Benefits section with those items. Then we don't need separate Pay or Schedule sections. That seems reasonable and follows "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Thus sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (ul), Requirements (ul), Benefits (ul). Also maybe "Additional Expectations" could be part of Requirements? But we can incorporate into Requirements or separate? The Additional Expectations includes background check, Safe Environment training, confidentiality, attend meetings, commitment to mission, etc. Those are more like requirements/expectations. Could be part of Requirements section. We'll combine. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from description, responsibilities, requirements, additional expectations, physical requirements. Ensure not to lose any. Let's extract: Intro: "Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? Join the Catholic Charities team! For the last 100 years, we have had the distinct honor to provide help and hope for those in need. At Catholic Charities, our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen families. We do this through our vital programs including a food pantry, counseling services, emergency family shelter, community resource coordination, and domestic violence and sexual assault programming. We care for the dignity of the person, regardless of background and strive to provide unparalleled support for those in need." Then role description: "The Food Pantry Associate supports the daily operations of the Food Pantry by assisting with food distribution, client service, inventory management, and general upkeep of the facility. This role ensures that clients are served with dignity and respect in a safe and welcoming environment. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Food Pantry Associate provides oversight and guidance to volunteers supporting the pantry, ensuring effective service delivery consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities." Then "We Offer" list: Competitive pay, 35-hour workweek, Generous vacation and sick pay, 14 paid holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Flex Spending Plans, Employer-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching, A supportive and uplifting working environment. Then "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. Then "Requirements" list bullet points. Then "Additional Expectations" list bullet points. Then "Physical Requirements" list bullet points. We need to output HTML with sections: About the role (intro + role description), Responsibilities (ul), Requirements (ul) (including Additional Expectations and Physical Requirements maybe as sublists?), Benefits (ul). We must not lose any detail. We can embed Additional Expectations and Physical Requirements as part of Requirements section, maybe as separate subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond h3? Could use

but not specified. Better to keep as
within Requirements, but we need to differentiate? Could just combine all bullet points into one list; but that may lose categorization but still preserves all info. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Combining into one list still preserves all bullet points; it's okay. Thus Requirements section will contain all bullet points from Requirements, Additional Expectations, Physical Requirements. Now we need to format as HTML fragment. Let's craft:
