Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve attractive, nutritionally balanced meals utilizing standardized recipes that follow the guidelines set forth by the National School Lunch Program
- Ensure knowledge of appropriate serving sizes for each food group
- Assist with storage and disposal of food
- Assist with point of sale, as needed
- Maintain ServSafe certification and utilize HACCP training during operation
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
