Food Market Volunteers Needed for AM & PM shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service to our clients
• Set up and clean up of the food market
• Sorting donated goods and stocking shelves

Requirements

• Volunteer for 1 shift per week, for at least 6 consecutive weeks
• Morning shift (8am-noon) and an afternoon shift (1pm-5pm) Monday-Friday
• Additional evening shift from 5pm-8pm on Thursdays
• Training provided on site
• Closed-toed shoes required for safety

Qualifications

Basic needs organization that serves people in need in the Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and West San Jose areas.

The mission of WVCS is to encourage the sharing of community resources, to provide basic human needs in a caring and dignified environment, and to provide opportunities for volunteers to participate in WVCS' activities.
