Food Manufacturing Production Machinery Operator (Mechanical Focus)

About the role

The primary responsibility is to operate and maintain food manufacturing production machinery with a focus on mechanical systems. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure efficient production
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime
• Identify and report potential safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience operating similar machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
