We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro about Cargill: "Cargill’s size and scale allows us to make a positive impact in the world. Our purpose is to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way. We are a family company providing food, ingredients, agricultural solutions and industrial products that are vital for living. We connect farmers with markets so they can prosper. We connect customers with ingredients so they can make meals people love. And we connect families with daily essentials — from eggs to edible oils, salt to skincare, feed to alternative fuel. Our 160,000 colleagues, operating in 70 countries, make essential products that touch billions of lives each day. Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill." That's about the company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have "Your Internship: Gain real experience..." etc. That's more about internship program. Could be "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. We have sections: - Your Internship: description of internship program, learning resources, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Responsibilities"? Actually responsibilities are later: "Your Work: You will be assigned to one or two projects..." That's responsibilities. - Food Innovation Research and Development Internship: description of the team, scope, etc. Could be part of "About the role" or "Overview". Might fit under "About the role". - Your Work: responsibilities list (bulleted). That's responsibilities. - Our Programming: learning resources, volunteer opportunities, events. Could be "Benefits"? Actually benefits are separate later. This is more about programming/learning. Could be "Skills"? Not exactly. Might be "Responsibilities"? Not. Could be "Benefits"? Not exactly. Might be "About the role"? Might be better to treat as "Benefits"? But benefits section later includes Paid time off, Mental Health and Wellbeing program, Housing and Relocation Assistance, Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals. So "Our Programming" is about learning resources, volunteer, events. Could be "Skills"? Not. Could be "Responsibilities"? Not. Could be "Qualifications"? Not. Could be "About the role"? Might be okay to include as a subsection under "About the role". But we need headings only for sections with real content. Could create a section "Learning & Development" but not in allowed list. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we must map content to those headings. Thus we need to decide which of those headings have content. - About the role: could include company overview, internship description, Food Innovation team description. - Responsibilities: "Your Work:" bullet list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements vs Qualifications: Usually Requirements = required qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications. We'll treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could infer from responsibilities? But we should not create a Skills section unless posting actually states them. The posting does not have a explicit "Skills" heading or list of skills. It mentions "Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures", "Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness". Those could be skills. But they are under Required Qualifications. Might be better to keep them under Requirements. Since we don't have a distinct Skills section, we should not create one. - Benefits: we have "Our Benefits:" list. - Pay: we have "Compensation: The expected hourly rate for this position is $28.49 - $34.25." - Schedule: we have "Internships are typically 12 weeks in duration. Interns are paid hourly for time worked. Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work. Interns may have the opportunity to travel during their term." Also location and travel info: "Job Locations: Plymouth, MN Combination of Labs, Pilot Plants, Plant and office settings, must be open to working in these types of settings Travel to production plants approximately 15% or less". That could be schedule/location details. Schedule heading could include duration, hours, travel. We'll include schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO line at end: "Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Learn more at: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion." That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered a link; but it's not substantive? Might be considered part of Benefits? It's about community. Could be omitted as it's not essential? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO line is equal-opportunity boilerplate; remove. The "Learn more at: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion." is not EEO but maybe a link; could be considered part of Benefits? It's about vibrant community. Might be okay to keep under Benefits? But it's a link; maybe we can keep as part of Benefits? However it's not a benefit per se. Might be considered part of "Our Vibrant Community". Could be placed under Benefits? Not sure. Safer to omit as it's not a benefit, pay, schedule, etc. It's more about community; could be considered part of "About the role"? But it's not required. I'd omit to avoid filler. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Our Vibrant Community: At Cargill, you will be a part of our vibrant global community with a culture that celebrates diversity. This is a reflection of the clients we serve and generates an intellectually diverse set of employees. Business Resource Groups (BRGs) help us embrace our diversity, make our culture more inclusive and enhance our employees’ outstanding talents and perspectives to benefit our organization and employees." That's substantive about community; could be part of Benefits? Not exactly. Could be part of "About the role"? Might be okay to keep under Benefits? But Benefits heading is for benefits like PTO, health, housing. Community vibe is not a benefit. Could be part of "About the role"? Might be okay to include under About the role as description of company culture. We'll include that paragraph under About the role. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include / or markdown. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Cargill’s size and scale allows us to make a positive impact in the world. Our purpose is to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way. Food Innovation Research and Development Internship: In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work in the Food Innovation team that works across the food segments. Food Innovation is one of Cargill’s corporate research and development groups. This is a growing area within Cargill, and impacts the full range of Cargill's food and ingredient offerings. Our scope includes projects that provide customer solutions from conception through commercialization at both Cargill’s and partner operating facilities. We have a diverse range of talents in innovation with expertise in sweetners, starches, cocoa and chocolate, oils, plant and animal proteins, packaging engineering, and collaboration and external partnerships. The Food Innovation group at Cargill will provide students with a background in food science or related discipline, the opportunity to apply knowledge in a commercial setting. The internship program is designed to provide students with appropriate projects that bring value to Cargill. We are looking for food scientists that are enthusiastic about the food industry and tackling product development, researching new ingredients and technologies, and collaborating across Cargill.

That's a lot of prose; could be multiple

    elements. Next

    Responsibilities

Your Work: You will be assigned to one or two projects that will be substantive in nature. You will be the primary technical contributor for work on the project, with leadership support from Food Innovation Research and Development team.

    • Gain immediate hands-on work experience in one of the world’s largest agribusiness companies.
    • Receive periodic and candid feedback on job performance.
But also there is "Our Programming:" section about learning resources, volunteer, events. Could be considered part of Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be considered part of Benefits? Not. Could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include under About the role as additional description. However we already have a lot. Could create a separate section "Our Programming" but not allowed heading. Could incorporate into Responsibilities as bullet? Not exactly responsibilities. Could treat as "Benefits"? Not. Could treat as "Skills"? Not. Maybe we should create a section "Our Programming" as a

but not in allowed list; risk of being rejected. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say you cannot use other headings, but the examples are those. Safer to stick to those. So we need to fit "Our Programming" somewhere. Could be under Benefits? Not really. Could be under About the role as part of internship description. We'll add a paragraph after the internship description about programming. Thus after the internship description paragraph, add: "Our Programming: With comprehensive learning resources at your disposal, you can take your learning in any direction. As employees, interns receive access to volunteer and community outreach opportunities and paid time off for volunteer activities. Throughout the intern
