Duties and Responsibilities
- Possesses the ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards at all times
- Cleans and maintains the dish room and kitchen areas
- Friendly and courteous at all times
- Has and maintains a stable, positive background and is willing to assume responsibility for additional tasking
- Informs kitchen leadership of inventory/supply needs
- Safeguards the physical condition of the premises by performing cleaning tasks as assigned
- Affirms compliance with all applicable operating policies and procedures without deviation
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Maintains a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- Willing to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Willingness and ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and frequent basis
- Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
