Key Responsibilities
- Affirms that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation.
- Knows the location of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
- Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other items needed for food delivery.
- Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run food to tables.
- Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
- Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
- Confirms menu items with the chef before delivering if they do not meet exact ticket specifications.
- Fills and refills water glasses and removes unused place settings.
- Clears dishes from in front of guests upon completion of each course.
- Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs, replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins.
- Assists servers when needed.
- Keeps workstations stocked with necessary items and ingredients.
- Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Food Expo
- One month related experience or training.

- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
