Food Expeditor

Major responsibilities

• Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, organization skills, teamwork
• Commitment to all Applebee's standards
• Need to have combination of speed and stamina
• Need to have the ability to work under pressure and also ability to work with others under pressure
• Need to be able to do some heavy lifting and work in hot conditions
• Assure that all food procedures are followed per Applebee's specifications
• Cook food service with other departments as necessary
• Follow all State & Applebee's sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience (not necessary)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrate professionalism in the work place
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
