Food Court Mgr

Job Grade 4, Tier 3 – Management role in Hospitality and Restaurant Operations. Supervisory position located onsite at Ft. Bragg, NC. Remote work, PCS, and LSP are not authorized.

About the role

Responsible for the overall operation of multiple named-brand fast-food (NBFF) restaurant establishments, including implementation and enforcement of all NBFF and Exchange standards in accordance with food-safety guidelines. Oversees financial aspects of each restaurant: daily receipts, fixed assets, ordering food and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day facility performance.
• Promotes great customer service, safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with all NBFF and Exchange standards.
• Develops and mentors associates and supervisors; provides training and follow-up of staff.
• Performs administrative and financial duties to plan and budget facility resources.
• Coordinates timely implementation of all local and brand marketing plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Five years of restaurant or related food-service management experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus three years of restaurant or related food-service management experience.
• Preferred degree major/minor: Restaurant Management.

Pay

Minimum salary: $72,064.00.
