- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
About the role
Food and Consumable associates focus on two priorities: serving customers and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and building seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
