Food/Consumables Team Supervisor

About the role

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assistance on the sales floor
• Move incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor
• Create and maintain seasonal display features
• Ensure product is stocked, rotated, and presented according to merchandising standards

Pay

• Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location)
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
