Food/Consumables Team Supervisor

About the role

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #1483, 3001 Broadway Ave, Yankton, SD 57078. Employment Type: Full‑Time.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of customers.
• Creative merchandising.
• Moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
• Creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Pay

• Hourly wage: $22 – $35 per hour.
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
