Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Greet and assist guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
- Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and service quality
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus
