Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Greet and assist guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
  • Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
  • Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and service quality

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus
