Food & Beverage - Server (Full-time)

About the role

The Club at Kukui'ula is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to deliver exceptional service to members and guests in our Umeke Kitchen + Bar and Makai Grille. The ideal candidate will constantly monitor guests' needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled, and maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to all members and guests.
• Monitor guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Carry trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Demonstrate sequence of service knowledge.
• Interact and converse comfortably with guests.
• Work closely within a team.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Pay

$26.78 to $31.50 USD hourly.
