About the Role

As a member of our team, you will work in some of the most beautiful golf settings in Southern California, managing a private club. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring that the club meets its financial goals while providing exceptional service and ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting
• Plan and execute events and special occasions
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with event planning and coordination

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
