About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supervision, training, and management within the food service operation. This is a working management role—our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department
- Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- Safety and sanitation
- Employee management including scheduling, training, and development
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role desired
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
