About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees the operations of the hotel’s dining facilities, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s dining rooms, including menu planning and preparation.
• Manage staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute special events and functions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of food service management and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid food handler’s permit.

Skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 annually.

Schedule

The Food & Beverage Manager works a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings, with some flexibility based on business needs.
