As our Food & Beverage Manager (FBM), you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and consistently. You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience—every single day.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
- Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans to optimize results.
- Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate
