Food & Beverage Manager
About the role
As part of the culinary experience, the Beverage Manager will be consistently presented with a comprehensive range of responsibilities that keep the department well-ordered, while engaging the guests and Team Members. They will thrive in a high-volume, intense atmosphere and operate with integrity for follow up and follow through for success.
Responsibilities
- Execute creative cocktail recipes while researching the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine.
- Schedule staff effectively to minimize labor costs and streamline processes.
- Train staff, build relationships, listen, act as a voice of reason, and lead a team of engaged and driven individuals.
- Manage inventory, payroll, and cost control in an administrative role.
- Multi-task and work collaboratively within a 24-hour operation.
- Work long hours and be energetic, passionate, and dedicated.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience and 3 years of managing a cocktail restaurant and bar are required. Must have experience with creating exquisite cocktails and be passionate about luxury hospitality and service.

Benefits
Starwood Hotels offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 annually.
Pay
$85,000 - $90,000 annualized
