We can keep these as prose or list. Probably better as
- for each bullet.
Education: "This position does not have a positive education requirement." That's not substantive? It's a statement but maybe we can include under Qualifications or a separate Education section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content. This is a statement but it's not specific content like degree required. Might be considered filler. Probably we can omit Education section.
Additional information: includes many bullet points about special requirements, travel card, etc. Some are substantive: "Some positions have special requirements- Position is a non-critical, sensitive, position requiring access to IT II system and/or access to PII. An access National Agency Check investigation (ANACI) is required via the SF 86 security form.- Required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450. Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 23 March 2006.- Salary is dependent on experience and/or education.- For positions requiring travel more than twice per year, selectee may be required to obtain and maintain in good standing a Government-issued Travel Card for official government travel purposes. This announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies within 90 days of closing date."
We should include relevant specifics: access to IT II system/PII, ANACI via SF 86, Financial Disclosure Statement OGE-450, salary dependent on experience/education, travel card if travel > twice per year. Also "This announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies within 90 days of closing date." That's administrative but maybe we can include as note.
We could create a section "Additional Information" but the instruction only lists specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list Additional Information. So we should fold that content into existing sections where appropriate. For example, special requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Salary dependent on experience/education could go under Pay? But we are not to create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Salary is dependent on experience and/or education." That's a statement about pay but not specific numbers. The instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state something about pay (salary dependent). However they also say: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Salary is dependent on experience and/or education." is similar to "commensurate with experience". That's placeholder. So we should not create a Pay section. Instead we can mention that in Qualifications or Requirements as a note.
Similarly, travel card requirement could go under Requirements.
Thus we will not create Pay or Schedule sections.
Benefits: we have a list of benefits. We'll create Benefits section with
- .
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's structure:
