About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager at London Bridge Resort is responsible for leading the restaurant and bar operations, driving sales initiatives, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet food & beverage operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members
- Drive sales growth through promotions, events, upselling, and guest engagement
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, inventory, and cost management
- Aid in developing marketing and revenue-generating initiatives
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Train and mentor staff to maintain consistency and service standards
- Work collaboratively with resort leadership and other departments
Qualifications
- Previous food & beverage management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing restaurant and bar operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
- Knowledge of labor management, inventory controls, and guest service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hospitality or resort experience preferred
