About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager at London Bridge Resort is responsible for leading the restaurant and bar operations, driving sales initiatives, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet food & beverage operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members
• Drive sales growth through promotions, events, upselling, and guest engagement
• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Manage scheduling, labor controls, inventory, and cost management
• Aid in developing marketing and revenue-generating initiatives
• Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
• Train and mentor staff to maintain consistency and service standards
• Work collaboratively with resort leadership and other departments

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing restaurant and bar operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
• Knowledge of labor management, inventory controls, and guest service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hospitality or resort experience preferred
