Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the restaurant, bar, and banquet/event functions
- Drive guest satisfaction scores and service excellence
- Oversee banquet execution for meetings, conferences, and social events
- Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing F&B team
- Partner with the Culinary and Sales teams to enhance offerings and maximize revenue
- Maintain inventory, purchasing, and food & beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Food & Beverage management experience (hotel or full-service restaurant)
- Strong background in both restaurant operations and banquet/events
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on management style
- Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
