Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly Qualifications Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skillsA firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulationsHospitality customer relationship management experience is a plus Responsibilities Assist in managing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer serviceMake regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvementImplement and monitor the operation schedules of food and beverage staffAssure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracyWork with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
