Food & Beverage Attendant - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment and act as a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
• Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the ACES Service Program guidelines.
• Process cash and credit card transactions while maintaining financial controls and integrity.
• Stock food, beverage, and paper goods.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace and dining room.
• Comply with PPE standards, state, company, and department policies and regulations.
• Take orders, expedite food, and ensure food delivery for guests.
• Prepare sauces, cold sides, and stock paper goods.
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures as directed by supervisors.
• Work Take 2 and concessions, as well as special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must enjoy hosting others and be comfortable initiating conversations.
• Good oral communication skills and ability to understand and follow directions.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must qualify for licensing by the Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Must be able to navigate a point-of-sale system.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to tolerate a high-stimulus environment.
• Must have open availability, including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Starting salary: $13.00 per hour. Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
