Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders quickly, accurately, and professionally throughout the resort.
- Support restaurant, lounge, pool, banquet, café, and In-Room Dining operations as business demands require.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented according to resort and outlet standards prior to delivery.
- Confirm all orders are accurate before leaving the kitchen or service area.
- Assist with In-Room Dining operations including order delivery, tray retrieval, setup, breakdown, and guest interaction.
- Aid servers, bartenders, and outlet teams with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, stocking, and operational support throughout service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of service stations, dining areas, hallways, and operational spaces.
- Assist with running beverages, bread service, amenity deliveries, banquet support, and additional service tasks as operationally necessary.
- Communicate effectively with culinary, stewarding, bartenders, servers, and leadership teams to maintain smooth service flow and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and service needs while communicating concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, operational, and guest service standards.
- Absorb opening, mid-shift, and closing side work duties as assigned.
- Support banquet setups, breakdowns, seasonal activations, and special resort events as operational needs require.
- Utilize proper communication and teamwork to support operational efficiency throughout food & beverage operations.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hotel, resort, food & beverage, In-Room Dining, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous luxury hospitality or multi-outlet food & beverage experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain professionalism during high-volume service periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or operational supplies throughout the shift.
- Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying operational demands.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor at all times.
