Food Bank Truck (Back-Up) Driver/Assistant

Essential Duties

• Pick up food from the donating agencies.
• Deliver food to the distribution points (Food Pantries/Soup Kitchens).
• Record the proper mileage of the truck.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the truck in a timely manner.
• Clean and wash the truck as needed.
• Collect the necessary statistics and signatures from each delivery site.
• Promptly report any damage to product.
• Secure necessary truck volunteers for loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or must have G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be able to work unsupervised as minimal as possible.
