Responsibilities
- Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including components such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.
- Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards.
- Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report any issues related to food safety or hygiene to the manager and hygiene/food safety team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Assembly Lead or Supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in food production or a similar work environment.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Experience working in a cooler/refrigerated environment preferred.
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Ability to manage a substantial workload.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Able to work comfortably in cold or freezer-like environments.
- Must be able to handle multiple food products (e.g., fish, beef, pork, poultry, and other items).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with business needs.

Pay
$17.45 hourly.
