Responsibilities
- Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications.
- Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards.
- Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hygiene and food safety regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report any concerns related to food safety or product quality to the line manager and hygiene and food safety team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Absorb and perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume food production or assembly role preferred.
- Proactive and self-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capable of reading and following written instructions related to food handling and tray setup.
- Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work different shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
