Responsibilities

• Take control of the lunch and/or dinner service to ensure guests receive a delicious and memorable meal.
• Set up and clean down the kitchen after dinner.
• Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic.
• Maintain optimal stock conditions.
• Ensure all food is freshly prepared and served on time.
• Prepare dishes according to the correct recipe and quantity.
• Communicate any issues promptly to the F&B Supervisor.
• Monitor and control levels of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary.
