Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop menus
- Manage inventory
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment

Passion for food and beverage, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in menu planning and development, understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures, ServSafe certification (plus).
