Responsibilities
- Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service
- Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints
- Managing all food and beverage operations
- Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Addressing complaints, maintaining service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
