Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Sea Oats, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You'll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing food and beverage staff
• Coordinating daily operations
• Overseeing budgets and inventory

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is always a plus
• A combination of education and experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
