About the role

Join our management team and assist the Director of Food and Beverage in the day-to-day operation of the department.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and enthusiasm.
• Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Ensure impeccable service standards and foster memorable guest interactions.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to curate unique dining experiences.
• Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management (hotel F&B experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience.
